JB CONSEILS is a consulting and engineering firm specializing in transportation systems.

JB CONSEILS was created in 2001 and is currently directed by Jean BERGOUNIOUX. He is a graduate of the French National School of Civil Works (ENPC) in Paris (1979) and of Indiana University (1982). He has worked as a civil engineer for 20 years in a major engineering firm in France, where he managed the department in charge of intelligent and automatic transport systems.


We work for communities, government agencies and companies operating transportation systems :

• Definition and management of projects involving electromecanical equipment and information technologies
